Welcome to Cakes 'n' Crumbs By Shanyah! By placing an order through this website or our Jotform order form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🧁 Orders
• All cakes are made to order and available via pre-order only.
• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received through our secure Jotform system.
• Weekly flavour menus are released in advance, and pickup is available in Newman, WA, on the dates and times specified each week.

💸 Payment
• All payments are processed securely through Square at the time of ordering via our Jotform checkout.
• No orders will be held or confirmed without full payment.
• Cakes 'n' Crumbs does not store or access your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Square.

❌ Cancellations & Changes
• If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me at least 48 hours before your pickup day.
• Cancellations after this window may not be refunded, as ingredients are purchased fresh and cakes are baked to order.

🚗 Pickup
• Orders must be collected during the designated pickup window.
• Missed pickups cannot be refunded and may affect your ability to order in the future.

⚠️ Allergies & Ingredients
• All cakes are baked in a home kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
• While I try my best to accommodate allergy-friendly requests, I cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.

📷 Photos & Promotion
• I may share photos of completed cakes (not customer details) on social media or my website for promotional purposes.
• Let me know in advance if you'd prefer not to have your order shared.
